Duplicate Purchase

Irreparable Technical Issues
If the product contains a technical defect that prevents its proper use and the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund. However, you must first provide details of the issue and allow us to assist you in troubleshooting.

Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
• Product Already Downloaded Without Issue – If you have downloaded the product and do not report a valid issue within the refund window, refunds will not be granted.

• Lack of Technical Knowledge – If you do not have the required software or expertise to use the product, we are unable to process a refund.
• Internet or Compatibility Issues – If you experience download difficulties due to your internet speed or device limitations, we are unable to issue a refund.
• Failure to Provide Evidence of a Claimed Issue – If you report a technical issue but do not provide sufficient proof, we cannot grant a refund.
